He than  improved the manuscript tradition of Granths and  invited many scholars to gave them platform for literary expression at  Anandpur sahib in the times when there is no permission of writing & such expression.  Reference are there that told, How he encouraged writers and poets with reward and honour with crores of Rupees and Ornaments of Gold and Diamonds. Many of Literary works lost during evacuation of Sri Anandpur Sahib. Literature created By Guru Sahib and Scholars, weighted nine Tones called ‘Vidiya Sagar’ unfortunately drown in ‘Sirsa Nadi’. That was the lost Treasure, never rethinked and revived by Community. 

Our Managing Trustee Dr. S.P. Singh Oberoi make it possible with his worthy capacity to established a Pioneer Research Institute Sunny Oberoi Vivek Sadan: Advance Institute of Social Sciences, Sri Anandpur Sahib, Punjab. Under His able guidance our Institute published first issue of Multilingual Biannual Social Sciences Peer Reviewed Journal ‘Vidiya Sagar Patrika’, which is dedicated to ‘550^th Birth Anniversary of Great Guru: Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji’. 

We are also grateful to our worthy managing Trustee to gave an International Platform to scholars for interdisciplinary activities so Research can find new routes and resonance.
