Singh Oberoi.Happiness gained by awarding Certificate of Professional Qualification to Punjabi youth far beyond the distribution of University Degrees – Dr. Raj Bahadur.Working in the field of education, Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust has opened Skill Development Centers in 12 states of India. To this end, Sunny Oberoi Vivek Sadan: Advance Institute of Social Sciences research center was opened in the holy city of Sri Anandpur Sahib. Upon completion of the certified course, Dr. S. P. Singh Oberoi Managing Trustee Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust and Certificates were awarded by Dr. Raj Bahadur, Vice Chancellor Baba Farid University of Health and Sciences, Faridkot during a packed function. Participating as the chief guest, Raj Bahadur blessed the students and encouraged them to adopt the skill. Dr. S. P. Oberoi reiterated his commitment to skills education and institutional development.
